Knowing if a service or expense will be covered is critical to successfully using your HFSA. We’ve provided several lists to help you determine the eligibility of your expense. If you do not find the expense that you are looking for, please contact us for verification.
Some expenses may require special documentation to determine if they can be covered. Those are specifically noted on the list.
