Knowing if a service or expense will be covered is critical to successfully using your DCAP. We’ve created a list to help you determine the eligibility of your expense. If you do not find the expense that you are looking for, please contact us for verification.
Caution: Just because an expense is listed as being eligible, it is not a guarantee of payment. Services still must be incurred while you are an active participant and must be received within the claims deadline.
